Editorial and verification policy

USADA is a VTuber profile and organization database. This page explains how profile facts, activity status, affiliations, social links, and long-form introductions are verified.

Source priority

Official websites, official accounts, official channels, and formal announcements are preferred. Traceable specialist databases, reference wikis, news coverage, and public interviews may provide additional context. Claims that cannot be cross-checked are not presented as established facts.

Updates and dates

Profiles are maintained as official announcements, activity status, and source records change. Source links and check dates let readers return to the original material, while major status changes receive priority.

Automation and review

Automation may identify new sources, broken links, name variants, and status conflicts, but unverified inferences must not be published as profile facts. Long-form introductions require identifiable evidence and cannot be replaced by repeated templates or keyword stuffing.

Privacy, disputes, and corrections

USADA covers public activity and verifiable information without speculating about private identity. Disputed topics require context and sources. Readers and rights holders can submit evidence and corrections through the contact page.

Human-led editorial principles

Human judgment guides USADA’s editorial principles, with the site operator responsible for content selection and corrections. Automation and AI assist with source organization, comparison, translation and drafting; facts rely on traceable public evidence.
